Final Gate - Upper
The final exercise in this set, the upper gate focuses on warming up and stretching both the upper spine and the muscles in the surrounding area - namely the chest, back and shoulders.
This exercise can serve as both the culmination of the gate set, as well as a transition to many other qigong exercises. Regardless of whether you’re only practicing the one set or just getting started with your practice, this is a great way to get the body ready for more movement ahead!
